Description:
Region Cadet Leadership School is an intense 5-day in-residence cadet officer training school with areas of study in Project Management, Organizational Leadership, Critical Thinking & Decision Making, and Interpersonal Skills. Furthermore, cadets explore expanded leadership concepts via experiential learning, field experiences, and team activities. Students are organized into Seminars/ Flights with a Senior Member Advisor and a Cadet Seminar Leader.
This is an application. students will not be enrolled until selected from the applicant pool. If selected, you will be notified before 9 November 2025.
Arrival time for Cadre and Senior Members is 1300 with Cadet Students arriving and checking in at 1700-1800 on Saturday 27 December.
For those planning to travel to Portland Airport (PDX) via commercial air, do not purchase your travel, until we approve your enrollment.
Students will be asked to arrive at PDX No later than 1500 on Saturday 27 December 2025.
Graduation will be at 1700 on 1 January 2026
ONCE YOU ARE SLOTTED FOR PACIFIC REGION CADET LEADERSHIP SCHOOL (PCRCLS), YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH INFORMATION TO MAKE YOUR ACTIVITY FEE PAYMENT.
Each PCRCLS participant will be required to complete, including digital signatures from parents and their unit commander then upload the CAPF 60-81, CAPF 160, CAPF 161, and CAPF 163. Also upload a picture of your health insurance card (Front & Back) in your CAP Health Account.
Ensure your CAP Health has been updated within the last thirty (30) days.
PCRCLS Students are housed in open bay barracks with communal restrooms and showers. Questions or concerns about these arrangements should be sent to harold.buchanan@pcr.cap.gov or jay.roberts@pcr.cap.gov
The student Uniform of the Day (UOD) will be ABUs and all students will be expected to bring a laptop or IPAD.
