NOVEMBER 12-13-14 & 15, 2026 IN PERSON SCHOOL

Activities:
November 12^th Free Day for School attendees to the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum.

Aerospace Education Officers School Course times:
November 13^th and 14^th 0830 to 1630
November 15^th 0830 to 1300 (release time will be flexible to meet your flight schedules)

5. School Registration includes:
   * Access to Ford Island 13^th through the 15^th. 
   * Free Access to the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum November 12th.
    {This does not include admission to the USS Arizona Memorial, Battleship Missouri or the Pacific Fleet Submarine Museums}
   * Lunch November 13^th and 14^th.
   * Hours of mentoring, training, and collaboration

Please let us know if you will be bringing family or another guest for November 12^th at the museum.  Family and Guests are welcome to join the tour, we will provide the museum with numbers anticipated for the tour. 
Guests not attending the school will need to pay for museum access on the 12^th. $29.00 per adult and children over 12, $17.99 for each child between 4 and 12 years old.
If your guest for the day is a Cadet or other CAP Member, please contact WHAM@CAP.GOV for specific information.

Transportation to Pearl Harbor
Transportation to the PCR AEO School will use CAP vehicles, November 13^th, 14^th and 15^th
Transportation November 12^th for the Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum Free day will use CAP vehicles (only to the Pearl Harbor Memorial Shuttle lot).
Non-CAP members are unable to be transported by CAP Corporate vehicles.

Pick up locations: Aqua Palms Waikiki  Aqua Palms Hotel Waikiki  (special rates apply for Aqua Palms the other pick up location will be Best Western Plaza Hotel Honolulu Airport BW Hotel Honolulu Airport
These hotels are suggested for lodging and will be the primary pick up locations with Corporate vehicles.
